Ever heard of this crazy Crossfit thing, or want to know more about it? Join Paul Hopkins at the SJI Fitness Club for an introductory class. Fee includes three days of Crossfit Fundamentals Training on Thursday July 6, 13, and 20 from 5:30-6:30pm, as well as one month of Crossfit at the Fitness Club from July 6-Aug 5. Other than the fundamentals training, choose your preferred class time of 6:20am, 7:15am, 8:15am or 5:30pm. Minimum of 3 registrations needed by early fee deadline.

WWU Soccer Camp for Coaches
This clinic is designed for Coaches of all levels who want to learn and improve their fundamental soccer skills in a fun and encouraging environment. Coaches are given the unique opportunity to receive individual instruction from the 2016 NCAA DII National Champs: Western Washington University Women’s soccer coaches and players! Join Jackie Reiff & Anna Maria at The Studio! You can get a great workout in 20 minutes, so why not do it three times? Active Senior Fitness
This class is designed as a total body workout that combines strength training, core development, flexibility and balance. Moving Parts & Healthy Hearts
Join Katerina Wen, Movement Specialist extraordinaire, for this class specially designed to meet the needs of people with limited mobility. Through large and small muscle movements, participants will increase joint mobility, overall strength, balance and stress management. Katerina will get your body moving in ways you thought were long lost! Exercises are adapted to be done in a chair or standing. Katerina has been a professional yoga teacher and yoga therapist for 20+ years. Over the years, she has developed unique therapeutic movements for children and adults with special needs, medically challenged, and people with all types of mobility issues. No Class 1 day TBD. Moving Parts & Healthy Hearts Part 2
This class draws on the movements of our Moving Parts & Health Hearts, Part 1 class to increase joint mobility and overall strength, with added elements for standing balance exercises and mind/body awareness. All exercises may be adapted to seated positions. This is a good class for stress reduction and for people who aren’t ready for a traditional active exercise class, but want to get their blood and body moving.
