FAMILY OPEN SKATE

Bring your own skates and helmet and enjoy a fun family evening of music, friends and exercise! It’s a great way to spend cold winter Saturday nights. Bring along some CDs and skate to your favorite music. Games and contests are played throughout the night.

DATES: Saturdays, ongoing through March 8 TIME: 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Comunity Open Gym

Come out and Play! We open up Turnbull Gym on Sunday evenings for families to play together. Parents with children of all ages are welcome to come out of the rain and play indoors. Whether you want to play basketball with your teenagers, tag with younger kids, or ping pong with your spouse, this is the place to be! Play equipment provided.

AGES: All! Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

DATE: Sundays, through March 2

TIME: 5:30 to 8:30pm

START SMART

The Start Smart Sports Development Program is a proven instructional program that prepares children (ages 3 - 5) for the world of organized sports. Start Smart is a step-by-step approach that builds confidence and self-esteem, and makes sports fun. Parents work together with their children in a supportive environment to learn all of the basic skills...throwing, catching, kicking, and batting. Min 6/Max10

TIMES: 1:00 - 2:00pm

LOCATION: Elementary School Gym

REGISTER: Prog # SS, Deadline Jan. 24th

FEE: $30 first child; $20 second child $35 after deadline

NOTE: A required parent orientation meeting will be held on Jan 30, 5:30 - 6:15pm. Location TBA.

PRESCHOOL SUPER SATURDAYS

Hey parents! Join in this drop-in program for arts and crafts, games and songs. This program will give your preschooler an opportunity to play, create and socialize with kids their age. Parents, you will learn some games and activities to take home. Come join the fun!

AGES: Parent/Guardian with preschooler 3 - 5 years old

DATE: Saturdays March 15 - April 5

TIME: 1:00 - 3 p.m.
