Skate Park

The skate park is located on Argyle Avenue at San Juan County Fairgrounds. 

  • Park hours are from 8:00 a.m. until dusk.
  • Use at your own risk.
  • Helmets and pads are recommended.
  • When skaters and bikers are present other uses of the park are prohibited.
  • Children should be supervised by an adult.
  • Please NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO ALCOHOL
  • Illegal, obnoxious or abusive behavior can result in citation, ejection or closing this facility.

A cooperative project of San Juan Island Park and Recreation District (Island Rec), San Juan County Fair and many community businesses and volunteers.

 

 

During the summer of 2007 under the leadership of volunteers Dennis Garl and Todd Kromer a 2,500 foot addition of street features was added to the park.
