Dog Park Donations Donations are needed to help with the upkeep of this park! The Dog Park Steering Committee was successful in raising the necessary funds for park construction costs. In order to keep the park open, there are on-going maintenance costs for such things as emptying trash receptacles, disposing of dog waste and regular mowing of the property. If you would like to help, please send your donation to: Lori Stokes Please make your check out to Island Rec and include your email address. Donations of $100 underwrite the cost of a section of park fencing and entitle the donor to a personalized plaque that will be placed on the fence. Specific information about making your sign will be sent to you upon receipt of your gift.
