Adult Fitness Classes

Active Senior Fitness
For ages 55 and up, this class is designed as a total body workout that combines strength training, core development, flexibility and balance. American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Instructor Tracy McClintock has been teaching fitness classes since 1983.
Classes meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings at the Dance Workshop from 9:15-10:15am. Register early as these classes are sure to fill up!
Moving Parts & Healthy Hearts
This full body workout is designed to meet the needs of people with limited mobility due to age, illness or lifestyle. Exercises are adapted to be done in a chair or standing. Participation in this class will help you in maintaining or regaining your balance, strength, endurance and range of motion. It is never too late to enjoy the benefits from a well supervised exercise program but you may want to check with your doctor before doing so.
Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at The Village from 9:30am-10:15am.
